Move better, feel better, and centre through Nia.  Enjoy a playful, whole-body practice guided to uplifting music to boost your mobility, balance, flexibility, and brain fitness—no dance experience needed, just 52 simple moves in a warm, supportive space.

Your feet have thousands of nerve endings and are a foundation for stability and balance. Go barefoot for class or wear non-slip socks/soft soles shoes. Wear clothes you feel good in that allows you to move comfortably and safely. Consider layers as you warm up and cool down. Bring your refillable water bottle to stay hydrated.
