Enjoy a week at the exquisitely restored 16th century masseria (farmhouse monastery) that blends the historical Apulian style with contemporary design. Space is limited to 16 participants.

Surrounded by a 13 acre forest, the grounds include a pool, many sitting areas and 2 pet donkeys.
Daily programming includes movement and body practices including Nia Technique and gentle fascial hydration as well as Mindful Self Compassion (MSC) a practice based on a foundation of loving, connected, presence.
